“Vik’s organizational leadership skills at Meta were exemplary and sped up alignment between Product, Engineering and Technical Program Management teams. When he joined our Developer, Data and AI Infra team as the Director of PM, there was a divide between PMs and TPMs that had been brewing across Meta in many teams.
